Users can choose to receive email notifications with the results of a saved search. The frequency at which saved search email notifications are received (every 1-14 days) is set on the Tagging Engine Preferences page. Saved search email notifications are always sent as scheduled, whether or not the result set has changed. Administrators specify the time at which the email notifications are sent each day on the General page of the Tagging Engine Administration Utility.
Saved search emails display the top N results, sorted by last modified date, where N is the number of items specified by Number of Items to Display in Email, located in the Saved Search Email Notifications section on the Tagging Engine Preferences page.
