The Items tab displays the items that are returned in your results after you perform a search on the Search page. (To view the people in your search results, click the People tab.)
Note: You must clear the Show results in Enhanced Mode option on the Tagging Engine Preferences page to view the Items tab in Simple Mode.
Common Actions
You must have the View Tags capability to view tags. Click a tag to view the items that the tag is applied to.
Create a more complex search query using Tagging Engine Search Syntax.
In the search results, click the name of an item to open it.
Drill down within the search results to further narrow your search.
The calendar icon displays
the date and time when the item was last modified.

View the item's properties. (The list of properties that appears after you click this link is usually more complete than the properties that appear within the search results.) The properties that appear are determined by your administrator. |

You must have the Add Tags capability to apply tags. Apply tags to and remove tags from the item. Clicking this link also lets you view all of the tags that are applied to the item. You can only remove tags that you have applied. |

You must have the Add Favorites and Contacts capability to add favorites. Add the item to your Favorites list.
Tip: To view all of your Favorites, choose the Favorites & Contacts view, then perform a search with a blank search query.
Note: Favorites are unrelated to tags. Adding items to your Favorites list has no impact on the tags that are applied to those items. |
